I still haven't received the 12 career boosters and 12 hardware boosters that Battlefield Studios promised to distribute to affected players. I purchased the Phantom Edition through the EA app on PC (regretfully) only to be unable access the content on launch day. It took them 6 hours to roll out a fix.
They said they have distributed the rewards to all affected player, but clearly there has been an issue with their distribution system. EA support is absolutely useless. They wont take any accountability.

Same. EA app pre-order, couldn't play at launch due to the outage, never received the promised compensation. Support lying and saying everyone already got compensated when that's clearly not the case.
