I still haven't received the 12 career boosters and 12 hardware boosters that Battlefield Studios promised to distribute to affected players. I purchased the Phantom Edition through the EA app on PC (regretfully) only to be unable access the content on launch day. It took them 6 hours to roll out a fix.
They said they have distributed the rewards to all affected player, but clearly there has been an issue with their distribution system. EA support is absolutely useless. They wont take any accountability.
Same issue. EA just told me I am a liar and that I am not eligable for the compensation even though I got an email saying that I was due the compensation package.
They just keep closing my cases and referring me to live chat which I only got to work once out of about 30 tickets so far and was told nothing they can do.
Then they just tell you to go vent on the forums so here I am.
Guys we all need to go to the better business beurou (BBB) and complain about this. Its the only way to get a resolution.
