I still haven't received the 12 career boosters and 12 hardware boosters that Battlefield Studios promised to distribute to affected players. I purchased the Phantom Edition through the EA app on PC (regretfully) only to be unable access the content on launch day. It took them 6 hours to roll out a fix.
They said they have distributed the rewards to all affected player, but clearly there has been an issue with their distribution system. EA support is absolutely useless. They wont take any accountability.
they are not going to help. i just got off the EA help with them and basically was told to come here and post. there was nothing more they could do. im glad i had my stream going and everyone got to see what was said. i have all the proof. i have the screen shots of the game not working that day i have the case number created for the issue that day and i have the transcript of the conversation i had with the person regarding the game not working that day. and still they say that i will not get the compensation that was promised. EA Help is a joke
