Missing Rewards from Road to BF6 Battlepass in BF2042 and Open Beta Challenges

I was told to report this bug by EA support, in hope of strenghtening their data. 
Despite completing almost every challenge in the Open Beta weekends (minus the "Reach Level 20" and "Capture 10 sectors in Breakthrough or Rush gamemode") and reaching max tier in the Road to BF6 battlepass in BF2042, none of the rewards are showing up as unlocked in the in-game customization menu. I even got messages in the in-game inbox thanking me for playing the beta and for unlocking customization rewards by completing said challenges and the battlepass. My account has not been breached and i have not changed the email linked to it. It seems the issue is well known, as there are multiple post about it on here and especially on reddit, even though no official solution has been found or any explanation has been given by the devs.
