Missing road to bf6 rewards

I have been in contact with support for over 4 months now without a fix or any sort of solution

I completed the road to bf6 battlepass on oct 6th and i then noticed that the tier 60 rewards were missing from my inbox.

I have been told about 10 times that the dev team would look into it but at this point the last date to claim the items is rapidly approaching.

Im on PC using steam

Username is PhineasJNX

The specific items that are missing are the tier 60 ones even though i reached rank 60 in the event pass

I have also tried all the troubleshooting options without success
