I noticed that I did not receive today's daily login reward. It has not appeared in my inbox like the two previous rewards.
As you can see, I have yesterday's daily login reward and the previous day's login reward but not today's login reward.I normally won't mind as today's login was the shotgun I unlocked already but I am afraid if this one glitches out, then I may miss other daily login rewards that are coming later this week/weekend.
Community ManagerHi there,
You unlock one reward per day, starting from your first login.
For example, if you first log in on October 13, you’ll receive the Day 1 “Tankful” Dog Tag. Log in again on October 14 for the Day 2 reward, then continue logging in for seven consecutive days to collect all seven gifts.
You won’t receive all the rewards at once.
I need information on the Rewards Program, if I didn't login before logging in until October 13th... So say for example if I login on October 11th or today I get all the reward's or what are they kinda 1 day each until 13th? Thank You
I got day 7 yesterday, 9th of Oct
Community ManagerThanks for the report. I’ve passed the information along to the team.
You can still claim the One-Year Anniversary Daily Login Rewards before Season 4 ends on October 13.
If you still don’t receive the rewards, please reply to this thread.
I have a similar problem. Additionally, notifications are broken.
Got Day 3 on Day 4, now missing Day 7. Honestly I'm not even surprised anymore. My inbox is all messages that LOOKLIKE_THIS_DELIVERED_8392. Way to completely miss the mark on your own year one event.
I'm missing yesterday's daily login but I got today's.
Also missing. Did not populate even today. Received Day 1, 2 and 4. Played for hours yesterday, did not receive. Checked again this morning prior to Day 4 starting.
Just like you, I have DAY 2 and DAY 4 (yes, I was supposed to claim the DAY 3 reward today, but I ended up getting the DAY 4 reward instead), but I don't have the DAY 3 reward, and there's no way to file an appeal.
The shotgun turned up today for me (2nd of Oct) :: I already had it, not sure why they awarded it again!
