Mouse input fails: stops moving and shooting

I’m having issues with my mouse. This happens quite often: at random moments my mouse stops moving and/or shooting. This does not happen in the shooting range — it only happens when I play multiplayer or Redsec.

This is extremely frustrating because due to this bug I just get killed, even in situations where I should be getting easy kills. It happens even more often when the enemy is shooting back. It’s simply impossible to play like this.

I’m using a wireless mouse, the Pulsar Gaming Xlite V4, at a polling rate of 1000 Hz. I’ve never experienced this issue in any other game — not in CS2, PUBG, Deadlock, or Stalker 2. This is definitely related to BF6. I also do not use any controller — I don’t even have one.
