Not able to load into a match in any game mode

I've been having this issue for over two months now, game is unplayable. I'm not able to join any online match. when I start a matchmaking soon after screen goes black, then after a few seconds I get a BF6 logo in white then I'm back into the main menu. This is driving me crazy I cant play the game I paid for. It started happening randomly, at first some days I would be able to get into a match here and there, now I cant get into any for the past week. two weeks ago I did some updates to my windows 10 and it worked after that for a few days then it started again. Does this game require windows 11 now.... I'm not too knowledgable on computer topics but I've been playing the game since it came out only having this issue past two months, I've had windows 10 the whole time. When I made the updates to my windows 10 it seemed like the issue was finally fixed because I've never had it work for a few days in a row. EITHER WAY this gotta be figured out ASAP I want to play this dam game.
