Official servers lag even with perfect internet

I have the same problem.

I’m from Slovakia, in Central Europe. Community servers work without any issues, but the official ones have high latency and packet loss. In the settings, it shows that I’m connected to the Santiago server in Chile, but I don’t understand why, since I’m in Europe and there are closer servers. I own almost every Battlefield game and I really love this franchise. Please, EA, fix this.
