The same here, and it's also surprising for me. I reported the issue via help. Received a response from the manager regarding my EA data request. I tried to send my data and received an email saying "Your Message to EA Could Not be Delivered!" Case #234317491.
So the case is open, but I can't take any action on it. How should it work?
P.S. Thanks, Psychondrius, for providing the X link; at least they are aware. But the flow for such an expensive game and paid premium content feels very frustrating and disappointing.
To be fair, it was a week with back to back holidays. Not many business days for their team to dive deep on the issue. I'll bet they were short staffed if some team members took a day or so of vacation in between. And also, the company is probably still reeling from the loss of Vince.
