Phantom Edition purchase affected by Oct 10th, 2025 EA App outage
I still have not received the free S2 battle pass as promised by this X post:

I preordered the Phantom Edition on the EA App, and was affected by the outage that caused many players to be unable to play the game for the first 5-6 hours of the game's launch. I literally fall into the criteria for receiving this content, but have been told by EA Help Live Chat that I am mysteriously ineligible for this compensation. What is the deal here? I would like the content that I was promised. I have my receipt posted below. I regret not getting this out there sooner, as S2 is about to end, but I hope that these rewards can be retroactively unlocked for me for the amount of the battle pass I completed.
