Phantom Skins have disappeared.

hi. i opened up the game today and the phantom skins have disappeared. i bought the Battle field 6 Phantom edition when the beta play test happened. i had the skins until today when i opened the game.

on a side note all my preferences have reset as well. it reverted all my gun setups and skins.

i did the check files integrity on stream and it came back with 3 files failed and reinstalled them. but this hasn't fixed the problem.
