POISON TALON paid skin incorrectly displays bracelet in first-person view

Description
I purchased the POISON TALON skin for the Engineer class (Kahina Unité) based on the in-store preview. The third-person model shown in the store, menus, and in-game displays a clean sleeve with no bracelet.
However, when using the skin in-game, the first-person view shows a bullet bracelet on the character's left wrist that is not present on the third-person model.
Steps to Reproduce
- Equip the POISON TALON skin for Kahina Unité (Engineer class).
- Enter a match or firing range.
- Compare the first-person view (hands) with the third-person model (e.g., in menus or via other players).
Expected Result
- The first-person model should match the store preview and third-person model (no bracelet).
Actual Result
- A bullet bracelet appears in first-person view, which is not shown on the third-person model or store preview.
Additional Notes
- This bracelet appears to be inherited from the default Kahina Unité skin, where it is correctly present in both first- and third-person models.
- The mismatch could not be identified before purchase, as the store does not allow first-person inspection of skins.
- This discrepancy affects the accuracy of the advertised cosmetic.

Request
I would appreciate either:
- A fix to remove the bracelet and match the advertised model, or
- A refund/reversal of the in-game currency used for this purchase, as I would not have purchased it had I known about the bracelet—and because of this, I'm not even using the skin.
