Profile Showing Level 0, Stats Blank After Login (Dec. 19, '25)

Done a graffics card update. Logged onto battlefield 6 , level is showing a blacked out 0 , profile has nothing on it , no access to previously unlocked badges and dogtags.  Score , kills , K/D , revives is all just a dash. Joined a game , level on scoreboard is what it was, gained xp unlocked a few attatchments so xp system still working. But but back to menu and still lvl 0 with a blank profile.

Same for me and a friend I am currently playing with. I don't think it's a reset - more likely a bad sync with profile/stats server.

Same here, besides the fact that everyone is level 0 rn even in MP lobbies. But after finising the match - progression goes as intended. +1

same here but heres the thing i can acess my dogtags and banners but still its shows that am level 0 in the color black and my KD is not showing up

We have the same issue with my friend, impossible to see our stats (All to 0) and the stats of the others players...
