when I try to go into a community experience on Xbox my A button says purchase I’ve already bought the game it doesn’t do anything when I click it and where the names of the experiences are supposed to be is random numbers and there is a little lock on the experiences screen indicating being locked out but multiplayer works just fine
Mate I have the same problem. I contacted EA and they told me to do one. Not helpful at all. I am on PS5. You are not alone in this. I ah the phantom addiction but not a EA subscription but have an account with EA. I have deleted the game and reinstalled it and the same thing happens. Good luck I hope we get this sorted. I just reported the same problem. Hope they will fix this soon. I only want to play hardcore mode an now I can’t.
It worked on day one but since yesterday I have the bug.

Someone said to go to settings > system >enable player created content. This fixed the problem for me
That works. 4 hours chatting to EA and them idiots told me to play call of duty for a few days, i kid you not. And KJdw889 fixed it with one line. Nice one buddy.
