It'd probably be best to get in touch with EA Help. They're usually the people who can assist with in-game purchase issues.

Same thing for me, bought the (10x) tier skip bundle 3 times which should of finished my battle pass. Only received it twice. No really support, no customer service. No more money to ea from me.

I also had this happen. Bought the 5 tier skip package and got nothing. My coins are gone though. Have discussed this with countless online support people and have got nowhere. Won't be spending any more money until I get my coins back

Yes, same here. Purchased a 5 Tier skip, expecting it to skip some of the remaining Prestige path, but nothing has changed. Battlefield coins are gone, and it shows as 2 of 3 left in Store, so it's definitely gone through the system. I've restarted multiple times, and logged out and back in to EA. This was over 24 hours ago when first purchased.

The same thing happened to me! I bought the 5-tier skip bundle, and it did not work. My coins are gone, and I talked to 3 different "customer help reps" through the online chat, and they did not/could not help. I have never complained online like this before, but it is extremely infuriating.

Had this issue too. Support won't be of any help to anyone. In the end, their recommendation is to read this forum and click like, and watch the twitter account. Seems like if you bought coins for the tier bundle, you're just out of that money and the coins. You can try and follow the other steps they gave me. Restart the game, restart console or PC, reactivate license, and play a full round of MP. If that doesn't work, then they just say to watch Twitter and hopefully it will be addressed if these forums get enough votes for them to care.
