REDSEC: When trying to start a BR match, I get kicked back to the menu

Hi EA Support

I am unable to start a REDSEC match on Battlefield 6 (Xbox). Attempting to join results in a black screen with a battlefield logo at the corner and returning to the main menu, with no error code.

I’ve already tried:

Full console restart and clearing reserved space

Switching networks, including hotspot + VPN

NAT and port adjustments

Signing out/in on Xbox

Ensuring game and system updates

This issue persists and is preventing me from playing entirely.
