Same for me, and after several messages to customer support they more or less said we cant do **bleep**.
"I have reviewed your email and gathered that you did not receive the Road to the Battlefield rewards in the game. Please don't worry, I would try to provide all the mandatory information about your concern.
I really appreciate you sharing feedback towards the game. I will make sure to forward the same to our concerned department.
As a gamer I certainly do understand your concern here and I really appreciate your time and money you have spend in the game but I am sure you can understand it is just that there is nothing that we can do from our end else I would have loved to do that for you.
As much as I know, I wont be able to resolve this for you as this needs to be fixed on a developmental level."
