Same for me.
EA has no intention of addressing these issues at all and will leave them untouched until March 2026, when the deadline for receiving the reward is over. By then, even if the bug is resolved, the reward will never be available.
Unfortunately i think you are right, they just don't care once they have our money.
My prediction is in April of 26 they will announce that because of overwhelming support ( all these forum posts) they have decided to make the road to battlefield 6 skins available to everyone for a small fee ( arm and or leg) and we will be told to buy them there instead
