Rewards for Road to BF6 are not unlocked in BF6

I have also had this problem as well. Both the 2042 rewards and the Open Beta rewards are locked for me, despite the fact that I 100% completed both and received message congratulating me on such. I tried EA Help, but after multiple exchanges of information and screenshots, I was directed to post about it on the forums. Nothing changed on my account last I checked.
