Same issue here. EA customer support said that they cannot add the skins for me because this was all based on some algorithm. Really ridiculous!
I just find it hard to believe that it would be so hard to track in game progress from the EA account, i mean i can log in to 2042 and verify i have all the rewards there and thus should have been granted them in Battlefield 6 to, where i only got the message that i got the rewards witch i did not get.
I can live without the beta rewards even if it sucks, but that commander skin was worth the grind for me and now i get mad every time i see someone else use it in game.
