Rewards for Road to BF6 are not unlocked in BF6

I'm playing on PC through Steam and have the same issue. I first tried Redsec last week. Opened the Road to BF6 in BF2042 rewards message in the Inbox, saw there was no 'claim' button, and closed it, assuming all of the 2042 BattlePass rewards were automatically unlocked once I launched BF6. Then, I thought I needed to level up to have my skins. After leveling up and unlocking the "teams" necessary to use some of the skins (such as the Commander skin), I simply cannot access them. There is a lock and a 'Locked' sign exactly like on the screenshot at the top of this thread. Hope this can get fixed!

yea since if it really was that simple i would just be fixed by now, i mean people are just now getting the compensation for the launch issues for ea app users

Maybe they should fix the important stuff first and this should have worked from day1 anyways. And I believe the Customer Support believes its a minor thing solved quick, but I bet its more complicated and may take more time :P 

I mean, this is - I cannot commit any time, but expect this (random soonish sounding word) =)

And yes its the same for me, but the mail is now deleted since I repaired the game - what makes the thing way more complext I bet

I have now talked to support again and its something that they are aware of and fixing rn so hopefully it wont take one more month for it to be fixed

I'm also having this issue with both the beta content and the Road to Battlefield 6 content.  Support is now telling me to start a chat but that option doesn't exist.  We should not stop talking about this, we put the time and effort in to unlock these things and shouldn't be ignored on this.

EA Support seems unable/unwilling to assist in any missing promotional rewards. They've redirected me to post on the forums and reach out to the community manager, of both which I've done to no update. 

I'm having a similar issue but instead of receiving none of the rewards I'm only missing the tier 60 ones

Again, same on my end! Please resolve this EA!
