Road to Battlefield 6 and Open Beta 1-2 Weeks rewards missing

Recently installed Battlefield 6 Redsec through steam, tried checking my rewards from those events and they didn't appear. I completed the Road to Battlefield 6 pass from Battlefield 2042 (steam) entirely, as well as finishing all of the missions from both weeks of the Open Beta. (EA play)

The cosmetics that belong to those 2 events are marked as "unavailable" as in I can't equip them, but the newsletter of Battlefield 6 does recognize that I unlocked them and that they are "ready" to equip. I'll share some photos below.
