Purchased season 2 pro and have recieved nothing from the auto unlocks or BFcoins or any of the included bonus skins from the pro level pass on ps store which was the point of purchase. What's going on?

I used 1.100 of the BF6 coins to get the full battle pass season 2, but after several restarts of the game I don't have access to the full season 2.. what to do?
Purchased BFPro which comes with the battle pass, but when you pull up your xp tokens in the xp modifiers section the +10% is not activated. Also under BFPro in the battle pass screen it says we are supposed to get a 15% xp bonus also, but that's not even listed under xp modifiers.

Mine says it's unlocked but it's not registering. So I guess I'm sol. Won't be doing this again.
