[SOUND BUG] - Randomly becomes EXTREMELY LOUD

Hi,

Had this bug once or twice per game during the beta, just bought the game yesterday, played for 3 hours and had the bug only once, I consider myself lucky but it seems that nobody else has it and it's very annoying and dangerous for my hearing, I'm not exagerating, randomly, every sound is so maxed out that it feels like white noise at 1000% volume.

It seems random because it happens very rarely, at one point during a game yesterday - don't remember any particular event which could have triggered the bug or the map it happened on - the sound became VERY LOUD at a point where it was physically impossible to keep the headset on, I have to unplug the headset's USB cable to reset the sound system in order to not crush my earbums, plug it back, wait for a couple of seconds until the sound comes back and I can go back to play normally.

My old hardware could be the reason, I don't know...an isolated driver issue or something like that (Headset : Audio Technica ATH-M50xSTS USB and main PC components from 2017-ish : i5-8600K, Asus Prime Z370-P, KFA²/GALAX GTX 1080 EXOC 8GB).

Hope someone has a fix or this can reach out devs.
