Steam Users also Having file issues.

I pre-ordered the Phantom Edition and pre-loaded for context. However when I loaded up this morning I was met with this screen when trying to play(see attachment) All it does is sit on that screen doing nothing, Waited for more than enough time to install 6GB(I have fiber)(Waited 10-30min)I have verified the integrity of my files, and redownloaded the game 3 times already. I have also cleared temp files and done disk clean up as well as multiple restarts.

I have many friends on steam who preloaded and didn’t even have to “download multiplayer” their games came complete with zero issues and zero extra downloads aside from the initial patch. The separate downloads shouldn’t even be an option. Why did my game not “install properly” and complete but my friends who have the same edition and did the same preload did with no issues.

I am very frustrated and getting extremely angry. This purchase was over 100$ and i can’t even get in. I also woke up at 5AM to play this so I am now 41/2 hours into trying to resolve with no success.
