Still no compensation despite recent update

EA_Leeuw​ you closed the other topics on this stating compensation was handed out for the EA app issues. Still nothing despite having those issues day one. This is honestly disgraceful on the behalf of EA to say one thing and completely ignore users who were impacted when they ask for what your company promised us. Two months of trying to get the compensation for buying the game on EA's first party launcher, and it feels like a slap in the face to not get the promised compensation.

    I had EA APP outage 6,5 hours and still today not received any promised XP boosters or Free battle pass. They closed the main topic so people can not be write anymore since there is still people who did not get them. So no thank you. Everyone who bought the game from EA App was impacted this issue. How difficult it can be to compensate all the people who bought it then. Now they just want to stay quiet.

    Mine only came through this morning and the post was from 3 days ago saying it had been done. It's a huge batch job that takes time to roll out, it took a week for some people to have theirs appear when they said it was done last time. Hopefully yours just hasn't come through yet. Did you try to get into the game at all, or get into Portal on launch day?

    Previous thread had most of the comments deleted and was closed without reply or resolution. Day 45 and I still need help. Original post below:

    I was impacted by the EA App outage on launch day, but never received the compensation the team promised. EA Help (ref Case #224719739, #225356695) insists that they are unable to do anything and have told me the only thing left to do is post on the forums. It's so frustrating that we're only given the EA Help as an option, they say they can't actually do anything, and I'm just stuck with no way to get this problem fixed.

    Can someone from EA please help me?

    I've been emailing back and forth with EA since October 16 and still get the same "there's nothing else we can do" response. They won't even tell me why I'm considered "not eligible".

    I finally received mine. But I had to go in the message tab and look closely at the messages and claim the compensation. Hope it sorts out for all the rest. 

     

    So I'll have to say thank you Ea and be kind back at the end.
