Stuck in matchmaking

When I'm playing in a squad my teammates goes on to the next game while im stuck in the after match report. The matchmaking countdown goes down to zero but nothing happens for me. I have to press join game on one of my squadmates but that doesn't always work, or i get put in a queue.

Very annoying, can't understand how its not fixed yet...
