After completing "Fire Support," I unlocked the second loadout slot, but the smoke grenade option is unavailable in its throwable equipment.
I checked the first and third loadout slots, and their throwable equipment options are normal.
I tried changing the equipment and training path in the second loadout slot, but I still cannot select smoke grenades.
Yep - I’ve got the same bug. I think one time, restarting my game worked. Now it’s just bugged; no matter what combo of loadout, it seems I’ve lost the smoke grenades option. It seems to have been since I’ve unlocked the Smoke grenade launcher, but any combo of loadout doesn’t let me pick smoke anymore.

Loadout 1 and 3 are OK.
Loadout 2 is missing the smoke.
This basically makes the 2nd Loadout unusable for me since I always want to run Smoke grenades. Should be easy to fix.

Yep, for some reason the second loadout granade slot is missing the smoke grenade

Hi. I had the same bug. I fixed it by resetting the class to default. You do this by hovering over the loadout and holding X (on xbox) or X on my keyboard settings. Then just go in and adjust it back to the guns/gadgets you had on it.

I tried your method, but it didn't work in my case.
Still bugged. Missing smokes on 2nd loadout (fire support by default).
Resetting it doesn't make them show up either.
