Thermal ACOG bug midgame

What ? :
 My weapon suddently get thermal scope with the ACOG sight

How ? :
Minding my business then short freeze after reloading then it happen

Can it be reproduce ? :
I have no idea how it really happenned so NO

Maybe the guy i killed had thermal on his gun , maybe i missclicked on the key to take his kit "twice" or else and it replaced my in-sight by a thermal ?
I have no other idea how or why.
