That’s the last step in the potential ways to resolve things. I think we may have to contact Sony if that is the case.
Im curious with all the responses if you all have launch day PS5s if so that would lead me to believe its a hardware issue.
I don’t have a launch day ps5 and I’m experiencing this issue. Not sure what it could be.
