Unable to Launch Battlefield 6 on PS5

That’s the last step in the potential ways to resolve things. I think we may have to contact Sony if that is the case.

Im curious with all the responses if you all have launch day PS5s if so that would lead me to believe its a hardware issue.

Exact same problem here have seen nothing about it online. Tried everything. Don’t even know how I’d go about getting a refund 

What happens if it turns out to be a hardware issue if out of warranty? No other games cause this issue for me so I believe it is a software issue but thought worth asking. Do Sony repair hardware issues?

Same problem, bf6 is freezing on title screen on my ps5.  I’ve done all the recommended steps,  even resetting the console and reinstalling did not fix the issue. It doesn’t happen with any other games. 

The worst part is with Sony’s return policy we can’t even get a refund.

I have exactly the same issue apart from for me it also happens in all areas of the game including campaign. I do not have the issue with any other game on PS5
