Unable to see friends

Hi, 

i've been having issues for a few days where i cant play with any friends. i cant see the friends list, or join through steam and no one can join me. i've tried different computers and uninstalled and reinstalled, i tried installing though EA and installing through steam.

I think it's an issue with my account and i can't do anything.
