Unable to Submit Ban Appeal – “Case Not Created” Error

Hello, I’m trying to appeal my account ban, but every time I click to submit the appeal I get an error message that says:
“Appeal not submitted – Case not created. We ran into an issue creating your case, but we’re working on it. Wait a few hours and try again.”

I have tried several times over the last few days, cleared my cache, tried different browsers, and even different devices, but I still can’t submit the appeal.
Could you please check this issue or manually create a case for me so I can explain my situation?
