I was on my way to completing the challenge to unlock the Kord when the update hit and lowered the requirements for unlocking it. Since then it has been stuck unlocked but not unlocked, stalling my progression in the unlock tree.
The same is happening on PS5 I have unlocked multiple weapons through challenges however the game still has them locked and unusable
same issue here.
Same thing happened to me on Steam/PC with the L85 and KTS100 unlocks. Those challenges auto completed, but the guns are still locked.
Yet again commenting for visibility, this has been the case for over like what, a week? Still hasn't received my KTS, PSR and Recon kit.
I'm having the same issue with the Assault class assignment. It says I've completed the first assignment and unlocked the respawn beacon, but when I go and try to equip it, it says it's locked. I also didn't get the Assault badge and I can't progress the assignment. KTS weapon assignment is the same way.
I have the same but with the class training paths and the class presets. But for some reason no one is responding to my post so I guess I'm alone in this.
Lack of communication and direct acknowledgement of this issue is absurd and confounding. Your customers need to feel heard and be respected - yes it may take some extra time and effort to identify the issue - but the way this is being handled doesn't lend itself to giving this company benefit of the doubt and continuing to play and not reviewing this game negatively.
How about some basic consideration of the hours and actions people performed to try to complete these challenges that were often were way too convoluted and time consuming (often not even registering) then you perform a fix that broke the system for plenty including myself.
Acknowledging this would go a long way. Things happen. But this needs to be acknowledged in an official and high visibly capacity! Anyone saying this worked after a map completion or other item is an outlier and it shouldn't be taken seriously.
Same issue on Xbox with my Assault 1 and Support 1 challenges. Says I completed both but neither the spawn beacon or smoke grenade launcher are actually unlocked. Tried multiple things to fix it and nothing will. The beacon is particularly aggravating since you can't continue progression.
I also have the same issue with the NVO-228E as well as the QBZ-192 I have progressed past these weapons using the alternative weapon but they are still locked in loadouts but completed in challenges.
Playing against bots who are using weapons that are locked behind challenges for us. Complete the challenges, weapons, and training paths still locked.
