Unlocks aren’t available until restart

I’ve noticed that anytime I get any attachments or assignment unlocks related to weapons and attachments that I meet the requirements to unlock them but it be available until I restart the game. I play on an Xbox one series S and my girlfriend plays next to me but doesn’t have this issue.
