[URGENT] CRAM shooting aircraft from other side of the map after 1.2.3.0

Please fix this asap, a real nightmare on every map. This also favorite the camping at HQ, while tanks, mortars, attack helis are just sitting there and be undestructible despite the facts that they can target everything on almost every maps. Dog fights are no longer possible currently. c-ram is a new threat that can reach you far away on every map!
