Weapon disappearing after reviving someone

This bug is only happening to me when I play with my friends. If I’m not using defibrillators and I revive someone, my gun disappears and glitches out until I die. Really unfortunate because it basically makes it so I can’t revive people unless I’m playing the support class. Has this been happening to anyone else?? Hoping for a fix soon.
