Weapon Packages: Parts Nonfunctional and Customising Locked w/o Factory Unlock
This is two bugs but related.
The first one, the parts on weapon packages that require a higher Mastery level to unlock and use them, don't function when using the weapon. So when a weapon modification on a package requires a higher level to use, it will be equipped on the package, but has no function.
The second one is when you have a weapon package unlocked before the Factory package, you can equip it, but cannot make any changes.
For the weapon parts example, I have the Mimic package for the SGX. I have Mastery lvl 9.
The scope that comes with it is the RO-M 1.75X which needs Master level 17.
Below is what ADS looks like when using that scope vs the other 1.75X scope I can use.

Additionally, I have the ESR 2010 package Interspace with the suppressor which doesn't work (is not audibly different without the suppressor) because I haven't met the Mastery lvl.
For the locked weapon examples, I have the SOR-300SC Wildbeast package, and the PSR Dead Silence Package, but not their base Factory variant. I can't make any change to the gun parts, camo, charms, or the stickers.

To conclude, the function of parts are disabled until you reach the required mastery level of the weapon. And modifying a weapon package is also locked until the factory variant is unlocked.
Please fix, there is a negligible (dis)advantage to having one or two parts on a weapon available slightly earlier. Plus the parts are only available to that package and not all packages. Cheers
