Winter doesn't work

Every time i try and play the new winter offensive update my game crashes. i have reinstalled my game 4 times on different solid states, with the same outcome. Also i have to verify my game cache every time i try and start my game. If I have to keep doing this i will leave the game. I love to play that game but if i have to do all this thing i will just go back to counter strike. at least that works every time i start it up.
