Winter Offensive Path Purchase Takes Coins but Unlocks Nothing (Update 1.1.3.0)

Just got me for 2400 and they told me to come here and upvote as a resolution. 

EA claims to have fixed the bug where purchasing tier skips after the winter offensive doesn’t work. Today, I purchased all tier skips for the winter bonus path, only to find myself down ~$15, and no winter-themed cosmetics in my inventory. I even restarted my game, but nothing worked, even after the alleged fix. Please fix this bug, EA.

This morning 8 hours ago the community manager dev stated this issue with buying tier skips on winter offensive battle pass was fixed so i decided to get on just now to buy the 11 tiers with battle coins it costed 1650 and it registered and took the coins from my in game balance and i did not receive the rewards. I then decided with frustration to test it once more and buy just 1 tier skip for 150 battle coins it then took the coins from my in game balance again and yet I did not receive the rewards im now negative -1750 battlecoins for buying 12 battle pass tier skips for the winter offensive update and did not receive any of the rewards please help! I also contacted EA support live chat and they stated the issue was actually not fixed and many people are still facing the same issue and directed me to post my issue in the forums section and to wait 24-48 hours for my issue to hopefully be fixed if not contact live support again.

Just had this issue, Battlefield Comms on twitter said issue was fixed. But clearly has not been fixed.

This game is awful and gets ruined every update. The map you guys picked for this update is also garbage. You guys successfully ruined the game. Actually, its always been ruined. its just worse now

Same here. I paid 1500 B Coins to unlock the Winter Offensive and it hasn't been unlocked.

Please fix asap.

I bought level skips for the winter event, but I haven't gained a single rank. In total, it cost me 1200 Battlefield Points and I got nothing for it...

Same thing happened to me, didn't unlock anything buying the tier skips

I bought some Battlefield coins to get some tier skips as I would be busy for the duration of the event and wouldn't be able to play the game at the time, and the skips just ate my battlefield coins without giving me the rewards.

I have also purchased the winter offensive tier skips and it did not unlock for me.
