This kind of thing happened to me as well but I purchased a skin from the shop and it took my money but I never got the skin, I am super frustrated because it also removes the skin from your shop as soon as you purchase it so I don't even know what it was called so it's super hard to get a refund.

It has been more than a month since this hapenned. After many weeks I open BF6 to see if my money was refunded, and nothing. Incredibly dissapointing to see EA do this, specially considering BF6 player base completely tanked.
I want EA to know that this is pushed me to buy and play ARC Raiders a month ago. I'm not looking back or spending any money on Battlefield again. Incredible way to do lose someone that has been playing Battlefield since 1942.

So I raised a ticket. And was told to wait for further updates. About 2 months have passed so I resumed my case then an agent tells me its been 2 months and this is too long ago so nothing can be done.
So Battelfield 6 is officially not providing content that was paid for by real money.
I am in Japan but bilingual. I mean people who do not understand English has no way of communicating with this terrible support. I feel like I need to email EA Japan and report the game as a fraudulent service to the government. It saddens me to see this happen as I used to work on the series as a former EA employee. But losing coins paid for by real cash and not being able to refund the consumer is illegal.

Agreed, it is clear now that EA is scamming paying customers in this fraudulent store. What a sad ending to this franchise.
