Winter Offensive Path Purchase Takes Coins but Unlocks Nothing (Update 1.1.3.0)

Same here and i contacted support and made a ticket; 

This happened to me yesterday. I went to purchase 1200 credits worth of tiers. I eventually got the unlocks later but not until I had already lost 2400 credits. I hope that they fix this and reimburse the lost credits.

Same thing happened to me last night. Any fixes ? 

Same thing, 2400 coins down the drain, also didnt get the items from one of the feature packs purchased day one of the launch :/ hopefully they have evidence of this and they auto correct it after the fact.

Same issue... still missing a ton of coins...

Had a chat with support but nothing they can do for now it seems... I'm not even sure if we are going to get our coins back...

Sounds about right numerous ppl raise the issue and they dont even acknowledge it

It has been 10 days now and EA still hasn't returned $30 worth of coins they just took in one of their now usual glitches. Seems like they are pushing me more and more into ARC Raiders.

i got my pass unlockt now took arround 4 days for me so the are working on it

But they took double the coins of me and others 3300 instead of the 1650 it actually costs so id like them to acknowledge the issue so many of us has and return the extra coins it took
