Winterfest challenges completed, no Ice Pick unlock

I completed the Winterfest challenges and am 4 coins short of unlocking the Ice Pick. The Ice Pick literally has the word 'FREE' on it in green but wants me to pay 150 battle tokens to unlock. SCAM
