Thanks for letting us know about this. Could you please share a report code and confirm the platform you're playing on and your gamertag? 

Please include the Report Code (you can get it from the Pause menu, bottom left of the screen; it looks like ABCD-EFGH-IJKL-MNOP)

PC - TOMFRUMTARN

From my perspective I can see my username and access two player career again no problems. It is when we try and launch the two player career my game just closes and then I can't join it again. I seem to have to abandon the career before the other can access it again.

For clarity I am playing with OP
