Hey.
My report code is BBKR-KKPM-RRGC-TDMB. I'm playing on EA App through Play Pro, my gamertag is ArmstrongOK. I'm playing with TomFrumTarn who will also post here.
We again tested this out and again had the same issue, i've attached screenshots below. I can invite him to a 2 player career mode, and i can see his full gamertag when i invite him on my friends list, but when he joins his username is blank for me (And for other people who have also invited him, we've tried this with a few different people) See 1.png. Upon trying to start the lobby, my game would be stuck in a 'Saving' loop.
When i log back in, my game is showing 2 player career mode and challenge career as greyed out. see 2.png. All multiplayer features such as online racing, podium pass and even the mail system all soft-lock my game (by this i mean the game is still running, music and graphics in the background, but i physically cannot navigate the menus). Please see 3.png for what the mailbox appears as in these conditions.
It's worth mentioning that the ONLY way to allow me back onto multiplayer features is by my friend Tom deleting the 2 player save on his end. This then basically allows me to play the game as normal.
Anything else please let us know, thanks.
P.S, i mentioned briefly, but we have had multiple people try and play 2 player careers with Tom and they all experience the same issue with him. This is also true on F1 24, but strangely enough does not impact any other EA titles.
