Account suspended

Logged into F1 today got messaged my account has been suspended. I go look at EA penalty history, I have nothing, I have no idea what is happening or why I can't play the game now. Can anyone please ...

That’s the thing I have nothing on my account showing I am suspended or banned. Only when I log on to F1. No email about it nothing

      this is the only one i use and 100% the one I am signed into on my EA Play

        In that case, an advisor will need to look into this for you so they can find the account that has the ban on it. You can use the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page to open a case and chat with an advisor.
