Bro you did a 100% race thats 58 lap. It looks like you only drove the minimum in qualifying and practice sessions. While the AI at 100% race distance and full FP sessions already drives 30+ laps each FP.
That alone (~100 laps) is the difference.
If you really think it's a bug, then stay in all FPs for the 60 minutes each and see how many laps your AI teammate does.
Nope, AI only does around 10-15 laps each FP & 2-3 laps per Qualifying, and I did in similar amount to keep things relatively realistic, it's been this way since at least F1 2020.
