the AI’s pace in wet conditions on the wet tyres is far too quick and it’s impossible to keep up with them. Even changing to inters and doing faster lap times the AI are still going quicker on worn wet tyres. It’s almost like they have unlimited traction

Totally agree. It may help to drive with differential 100 in rain. Then you have much more grip.

EA_Groguet Is adding an option to turn off the rain in Career modes a huge ask? Is it harder than fixing the AI imbalance?

Or maybe developers can just add an option to disable rain? Until they find out how to fix AI pace in wet weather.

I saw in a previous edition how bad a rushed fix can be. As frustrated as I am, I don’t want it worse. For how I play the game more good than bad,
I'm not saying they shouldn't take a look at it and potentially make some changes but asking them to rush into something the community manager has already described as "risky" seems ill-advised.

Ok and ur fine to have that opinion but I also didn’t pay nearly £80 to have a game that I can’t play because it just isn’t enjoyable. So even a simple little rushed fix to help it be a little bit more enjoyable so I don’t feel like I just wasted that money

I went from never qualifying lower than 5th to qualifying 22nd, over 2 seconds behind the car ahead, simply because it was raining and the track was wet 🙄

I Play on controller and same difficulty (97) in dry i have pretty realistic races not too far from my teammate 50/50 but when it comes to wet i’m nowhere near. I’m about a second slower in wet than my teammate whilst in dry conditions its tenth separate us. Its not driving skill issue but during the races i notice AI cars when i follow them just have outright traction out of the corners and there’s not much i can do, i’m a sitting duck. If i try to apply more speed my car starts to wobble and eventually i lose control, in corners i can keep up but its the traction.

Hi Codemasters team,
I’m having a problem with the AI in F1 25. On the straights, they are simply way too fast — they are already alongside me even before the DRS detection point, and the cars ahead of me are often nearly 1 second away, which makes it almost impossible to overtake.
Another issue is that the AI is also extremely fast in wet conditions. During corner exits, they accelerate like the track is completely dry, which feels very unrealistic.
Please consider adjusting these aspects, as it makes the game much less enjoyable in its current state.
Thank you!
I completely get that AI changes are risky but who cares at this point.
shazzalady13 I care. In the dry I race without TC on 100, if it starts raining I turn TC on and still race on 100. While having to toggle back and forth between TC settings based on the weather is not ideal, I'd rather they not rush into changes and end up doing more harm then good.
So I think I can speak for everyone when I say whether it’s risky or not, anything to at least try and fix it a little bit would make everyone happy.
I do not share your opinion, so please do not speak on my behalf.
