the AI’s pace in wet conditions on the wet tyres is far too quick and it’s impossible to keep up with them. Even changing to inters and doing faster lap times the AI are still going quicker on worn wet tyres. It’s almost like they have unlimited traction

You gotta fix the ai in wet races. Unplayable

Early upshifting constantly when using a rain tyre with gearbox set to auto is causing this. You literally can't enjoy the race on higher difficulty in the wet because the car is up shifting constantly. Worse on tracks like Spa and Austria where you are going up hill.

My question is how on earth was this major issue not noticed before release? Does anyone at EA not test these things? I'm really enjoying F125 and have been praising highly. But things like this should be resolved before the game is released, along with the ridiculous AI straight line speed and their endless amount of battery. That also needs fixing.

yeah the same problems with rain , AI and simply driving in rain appearing in f1 25 two-player career so its more global issue than just in my team or career for single person. please fix that EA because rain is indispensable part of the racing in F1.

if you are not going to fix their speeds in the wet then give us the option for zero rain in carreers because this is absolutely broken the AI have perfect traction even in the worst of weathers

Yeah. Just finished a race on SilverStone. I've got second place just 0.1 behind P1. During the Race I was doing 3 seconds slower times then AI. Currenlty it is undrivable to race AI in Wet conditions

The people who use the TC have most part of this troubles. I believe the guys with wheels have this problem too, because the AI have a super grip and super ERS battery, so in wet conditions i need to decrease the difficulty in 5 points to be "playable"

Couldnt agree more. Just done Japan Career mode and i was 5th on the grid on 109AI, took it down to 107AI for the race as i knew about some wet weather issues and the race was wet and the AI were miles clear. I finished 1min+ behind the race winner. Look at the tyre temp difference

So this gets investigated but the ai having too much straight line speed in dry at any wing or difficulty setting gets ignored what a joke

As I said, I don't see it the same way you do.
In dry conditions, I play at 100 difficulty, with a steering wheel and no assistance, and I can steer the car without any problems and be competitive (I'm not a pro).
I don't want to think about the people who play with a controller. In the rain, it's impossible to steer the car safely; it feels like you're driving on ice. If I use assistance, the car brakes on every corner, making it impossible to keep up with the race pace.
I still think the handling in the rain needs to be reviewed before the AI adjustments.
Not everyone who buys this game is a pro, nor do they claim to be; some of us just want to have fun playing and these types of problems prevent that from happening.
